Lipped Carnotaurus

Based on Jaime Headden's skeletal drawing. Other skeletal drawings show Carnotaurus with a huge overbite (the one from The Dinosauria, or GSP's), where lips probably wouldn't work, but Jaime Headden's skeletal drawing has jaws that fit very well. 

By the way, my Carnotaurus has not a single feather, bristle or whisker on its body. And he likes it.
