Ornithomimosaurs over the centuries

Description

(For this drawing, I chose Ornithomimus/Dromiceiomimus edmontonicus because it is known from better material.)
Ornithomimus velox was described in 1890. Despite its obvious bird-like (or: superficially bird-like) traits - otherwise it's name wouldn't be "fast bird immitator" - the animal was illustrated in the good old sluggish, tail-dragging fashion. The rostrum was a snout with lips.
Later on, it was realized that Ornithomimosaurs held their tail and body horizontally, and they are illustrated as fast and dynamic animals from then on. The hands of these Ornithomimosaurs of the 1980s and 1990s are held close to the body with pronated hands. The rostrum was either still a snout with lips, or with a "protobeak".
From the 2000s on, Ornithomimosaurs have been illustrated having "protofeathers", but usually without wings or tail fans. It has been recognized that they could not hold their hands in the position of the 2nd version, but lower, and that the hands were not pronated. The rostrum had a kind of beak. A re-evaluation of fossils suggesting feathers in this genus showed that they had protofeathers at all stages of growth, and long feathers on their arms. Whether these where pennaceous or not is open to interpretation.

Ok, when did scientists and paleontologists confirmed that theropods didn't pronated their hands and when did they confirmed that advanced theropods had wings (without pronated hands)?
